Your 'Unique Code' can be found on the FACTS invitation Email you will have used to open this page.
Online registration is required for all parents/caregivers. You will be provided an opportunity to select your preferred payment options throughout the registration process.

Method is Bank Account (Direct Debit) which has no fees. Credit Card Payment
Method (includes Credit and Debit Cards) will incur an annual surcharge. This
will be calculated at 35c per payment plus not more than 0.9% of the amount
being paid. The annual surcharge will be added to the account after the plan
commences and we are notified of the credit card type as fees vary
