The flexible tuition application is now open.

YOU MUST CREATE A NEW APPLICATION FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR rather than edit last years application.

We are pleased to once again offer you a convenient, online method to apply for flexible tuition through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. In order for us to evaluate your financial situation and eligibility you must have your application completed by midnight on the following dates:

Deadlines to complete applications:
Returning Bay Families - November 30th.
New Bay Families - January 8th.

Simple Steps to Apply for Financial Aid Online:
  1. If you are new to FACTS choose “Create a user name and password”.  If you are an existing FACTS user "Sign In" with your primary FACTS email and existing password.
  2. Click on the Start Application Button.
  3. Select the appropriate school year.
  4. Complete the steps as prompted.  
Please Note:  We require information from all parents. The parent(s) of the child or children requesting to receive flexible tuition should complete the application with one parent as the Applicant and the other as the Co-Applicant. If the parents are divorced and each of the divorced parents is responsible for a portion of the tuition, each parent should complete a separate application. Unless one parent has sole legal custody we require applications from all parents in each household.

We encourage you to be as thorough as possible. There is space on the additional questions section to add any information you think may be helpful to us in determining your families eligibility for a flexible tuition grant.

In order to submit the flexible tuition application you will need:

  • Copies of your previous year's Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules & W2’s

  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF

  • Information on ALL school and college aged children regardless of the school they attend

  • Information on all adults living in the household

  • $40 for the application fee (fee waivers can be requested by emailing: admission@bayschoolsf.org)
