The flexible tuition application is now open for the 2025-26 academic year. For flexible tuition consideration a new application must be completed each year. The application process will be through this FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment platform.
Application Due Dates:

Returning families: Midnight, December 1, 2024

New families: Midnight, January 12, 2025
Steps to Apply for Flexible Tuition:

If you are new to FACTS, click on the blue “Create your Account” button

For existing FACTS users, click on the green "Sign In" button then use the same email address and existing password to log in that you did last year or previously

Once you are logged in, Click on the Start Application Button

Select the 2025-26 academic year

Complete the steps as prompted which includes uploading your 2023 tax documents
Please Note: We require information from all parents/guardians. The parent/guardians(s) of the child or children requesting to receive flexible tuition should complete the application with one parent as the Applicant and the other as the Co-Applicant.
If the parents are divorced and each of the divorced parents is responsible for a portion of the tuition, each parent must complete a separate application. Unless one parent has sole legal custody we require applications from all parents/guardians in each household.
Materials needed to complete and submit application:

Copies of your 2023 Federal tax forms, including all supporting tax schedules & W2’s

Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Child Support, Government Assistance (SNAP), Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, and TANF

Information on ALL school- and college-aged dependents, regardless of the school they attend.

If you have children that were in college in 2023 please upload their IRS Form 1098-T

Information on all adults living in the household

$45 for the application fee (a fee waiver may be requested by emailing: admission@bayschoolsf.org - (you must have the application completed up to the point of payment in order for us to process a waiver)
We encourage applicants to be as thorough as possible as well as providing any additional information in the “Additional Questions” section that you think might be helpful to us in determining your families eligibility for a flexible tuition grant. Please also note that additional information may be requested for verification purposes.
