Important! Please read before you apply for Financial Aid:
1. Parents that are applying for financial aid must enroll in a payment plan in ASAP,
HSA’s class management system.
2. Parents are expected to pay a down payment once they enroll their child at
HSA. The amount of the down payment is as follows:
a. Fall Classes: 25% cost of total tuition
b. Spring Classes: 25% cost of the total tuition
c. Summer Camp: 50% cost of the total tuition
3. Financial Awards are based on the amount of tuition that is placed on the
application, and must reflect the appropriate time period and tuition that students intend
on enrolling. Financial Awards may be recalculated if it does not correctly correspond to
student enrollment.
4. Financial Awards are NOT automatically deducted from tuition. Once the parent
has enrolled via a payment plan in ASAP and has returned their signed award letter,
then it is manually deducted from the tuition balance.
