Welcome Colorado Christian Academy Families!
Colorado Christian Academy (CCA) is utilizing FACTS as its Tuition Management System (to collect tuition payments) and its Grant and Aid System (to determine and award tuition assistance). Registering online with FACTS is a mandatory part of your registration. Registration is not complete without having your FACTS account setup.
SIMPLE STEPS TO ENROLL IN FACTS
1. Existing Users: If you have an existing account, select “Sign In”.
New Users: If you are a new family to CCA, you will need to create a FACTS account. Please select “Create a Username & Password” to begin.
2. Families not applying for tuition assistance: Please setup a Payment Plan following the instructions below.
Families applying for tuition assistance: Please DO NOT setup a payment plan until you have applied through the FACTS Grant and Aid Application and a tuition assistance award has been made by CCA and accepted by your family (see the section below “FACTS Grant and Aid Application”).
PAYMENT PLANS
Existing Users: Payment Plans for upcoming School Year will show as “Pending” and waiting to be finalized by CCA (this will occur on July 1 each year). Please disregard all prior year account information. Before a new school year begins, please do the following:
1. Verify and Edit Contact Info: Click the “My Profile” button located on the top menu and review all profile information, making any necessary changes by clicking the appropriate “Edit” button.
2. Verify and Edit Financial Accounts: Click the “Financial Accounts” button located on the top menu and review bank account information for the upcoming school year, for example “2024-2025 School Year Payment Plan” (for tuition payments) and “2024-2025 Incidental Expenses” (for tutoring, music lesson and other incidental charges), making any necessary changes by clicking the appropriate “Change Account” button.
3. Verify and Edit Payment Plan (Optional): If you would like to verify and/or edit your existing payment plan, please contact the CCA Accounting Department at accounting@coloradochristianacademy.com.
New Users: Once enrolled in FACTS and logged in, click on the “Set Up a Payment Plan” button in the “Payment Plan & Billing” section, under the upcoming school year listed, for example “2024-2025 School Year”. Complete the steps as prompted.
In an effort to provide families with options best suited to their needs, we offer 4 payment options. Please select one of the following options for your FACTS account:
1. 12 Monthly Payments: Annual tuition amount is spread evenly over 12 monthly installments. Payments begin in July and in June.
2. 10 Monthly Payments: Annual tuition amount is spread evenly over 10 monthly installments. Payments begin in August and end in May. No payments are due in July and August.
3. Quarterly Payments: Annual tuition amount is spread evenly over 4 quarterly installments. Payment dates are taken in July, October, January and April.
4. Annual Payment: Annual tuition amount is paid in full by July 15.
Payment dates are on the 5th of each month.
Payment Method
Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) payments are payments you have authorized FACTS to process directly through your financial institution. It is simply a bank-to-bank transfer of funds that you have pre-approved from your checking or savings account, without any fees being assessed to you. ACH through FACTS is the only approved payment method by Colorado Christian Academy, unless other arrangements are made in advance of payment due dates.
Optional Benefit: Peace of Mind (POM) - $22.50 per year
The POM Benefit will pay any eligible FACTS unpaid balance in the event of the death of the Responsible Party or his/her legal spouse. Coverage is only available to individuals under age 70. The non-refundable fee of $22.50 is paid at the beginning of each school. Once you enrolled, you will automatically be reenrolled in POM and coverage will be carried through to each consecutive year you have a FACTS Payment Plan Agreement.
FACTS Enrollment Questions
If you have questions about enrolling in FACTS, please contact FACTS directly (866) 441-4637. You may also view your agreement and account transactions by logging into your FACTS account at https://online.factsmgt.com, using your username and password.
FACTS Grant and Aid Application ($40 fee is assessed by FACTS, per application)
Families requiring tuition assistance should apply through FACTS Grant and Aid Application. FACTS analyzes the financial need for families to determine and award tuition assistance. The following steps are for families needing to apply for tuition assistance:
1. Once signed in to the FACTS portal, click the “Start Application” in the “FACTS Grant and Aid” section. Complete the steps as prompted.
2. After application has been reviewed and award has been determined by CCA and accepted by your family, then follow the instructions to setup a payment plan in the “Payment Plans” section above.
Tuition assistance is determined and awarded annually. Therefore, existing families must reapply each year. For new families, please note your tuition assistance award is not secured until your enrollment deposit has been received.
