We are pleased to offer FACTS Payment Plans for Religious Education (Faith Formation) Families.
*RELIGIOUS EDUCATION (FAITH FORMATION) - Please be aware that families enrolling in Religious Education / Faith Formation are not eligible for FACTS Grant and Aid. If needing financial assistance for Religious Education / Faith Formation please contact Katherine Condon at 630-682-3650.
Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan or Apply for Financial Aid Online:
1. With our updated FACTS system, you need to create a NEW FACTS
account. Please select Create a Username & Password to create a new
account. Previous log-in information WILL NOT work with this updated
system.2. Once signed in, click the Set Up a Payment Plan. Select the button under the appropriate school year.
3. Complete the steps as prompted.
Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. If you would like to view the plans offered by your school please review the information below.
The plans listed below are offered by your school. Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be offered.
Payment Plan Options for St Michael Religious Education (Faith Formation)
Two Payments:
Pay your tuition in two installments. One payment August 15th and one payment October 15th.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft
Schedule Payment in Full (This option is considered a payment plan)
FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your tuition balance in full. This payment will be due August 15th.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft
Please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.

Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan Online:
1. You will first need to create an online account.
2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link by 2024-2025 Religious Education (Faith Formation).
-This step applies to the pay in full and two pay option
