 Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan Online:

 1. You will first need to create an online account.

 2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link by 2025-2026 Religious Education (Faith Formation).

             -This step applies to the pay in full and two pay option

 3. Complete the steps as prompted

 Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. If you would like to view the plans offered by your school please review the information below.

 The plans listed below are offered by your school. Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be offered.

Payment Plan Options for St Michael Religious Education (Faith Formation)

Payment plans through FACTS must be created by Monday, August 18 to complete your child(ren)’s enrollment for our 2025-2026 RE year.

Schedule Payment in Full (This option is considered a single payment plan)

FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your tuition balance in full. This payment will be due September 5th.

Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft Please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.

Two Payments:

Pay your tuition in two installments. One payment September 5th and one payment October 3rd.

Tuition Rates on or before JUNE 7, 2025 with the EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT for Returning and New Families:

One child: $300

Two children: $420 for both children

Three or more children: $520 for all of the children in the family

First Communion Sacramental Fee (non-refundable): $75 per child (typically second grade)

Confirmation Sacramental Fee (non-refundable): $75 per child (typically eighth grade)

Love Ed Fee (5th-8th Grade): $20

OCIC (Sacrament Catch Up): $225 per child

Out of parish fee: $150 per family

Tuition Rates for Families Enrolling in Preschool and Kindergarten only:

Preschooler: $175 per child

Kindergartener: $200 per child

Tuition Rates AFTER JUNE 7, 2025 for Returning Families (New Families always receive the Early Registration Discount):

One child: $350

Two children: $470 for both children

Three or more children: $570 for all of the children in the family
