📢 Important Deadline

Tuition Assistance Application Deadline: December 8, 2025

§  Applications must be completed and verified by FACTS by December 8, 2025.

§  The FACTS application can take up to two weeks to process and verify after receipt of your completed application – please plan accordingly.

§  Provide complete and accurate information so your application can be processed without delays.

 

Providing a Catholic education is both a privilege and a meaningful investment that requires financial sacrifice. Mater Dei High School is committed to supporting our families through our Tuition Assistance Program. It is important for families to understand that we do our best to serve as many families as possible and not all requests can be fully met.

§  Tuition Assistance is need-based.

§  Award amounts are not guaranteed from year to year.

§  Applications must be completed each year aid is requested.

§  All applications are carefully reviewed by the Mater Dei Financial Review Committee, which determines awards based on the information provided in the FACTS application.

§  Applications submitted after the deadline will only be considered if funds remain available.

§  Incomplete applications or applications with inconsistent or inaccurate financial information will not be considered for tuition assistance.

§  Families with past due tuition balances will not be reviewed.

§  Application Fee is $40 which is non-refundable.


Your application shall not be considered complete until it has been formally verified by FACTS.  It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate and complete information and to upload all required documentation.

Required Items for Tuition Assistance Applications (PDF uploads only):

§  2024 Federal Tax Return (with all schedules)

§  2024 W-2 forms for all parents / guardians

§  2 Most recent pay stubs for all parents / guardians

§  Rent / Mortgage Statement

§  Proof of additional income, if applicable (Social Security, Child Support, TANF, etc.)

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays in the processing and/or review of the application.  By submitting an application you are agreeing to the terms of the application process.


Mater Dei High School Tuition Payment Plans

 

Mater Dei partners with FACTS to make tuition payments simple, secure, and flexible. Through FACTS, families can choose the payment plan that works best for their budget and schedule. All tuition payments are managed through this system to ensure convenience and consistency. Please review the available plan options below.

Payment Options:

§  Monthly Plan â€“ Spread tuition over monthly installments (Bank Draft)

§  Semi-Annual Plan â€“ Two payments (Credit Card or Bank Draft)

§  Annual Plan â€“ Pay in full (Credit Card or Bank Draft)

How to Enroll:

  1. Sign in to your FACTS account, or create a new account if you don’t have one.
    1. Existing Users: please sign-in using our existing Username and Password.
    2. New Users: please select “Create Username and Password” and set up your account.
  2. Select Set Up a Payment Plan or Start Application.
  3. Choose the correct school year (2026-2027).
  4. Complete the application as prompted and upload your items.
